I've been into real estate in one form or another since Y2K or so. SFR rentals in the past, then mostly quick flips wholesaling houses for 10+ yrs... flipped a little land too. still own some of it. nowadays mostly do private money and teach.

It’s validating when price goes higher but none of the fundamentals have changed. This new wave of hodlers that will join us in the coming cycle must know early on it’s not just about price action, we need to instill the true ethos of BTC in them. can anyone please help me understand how to use the phoenix LN wallet to generate a reusable LNURL i can use for #zaps?

I installed it & some #sats inside now, not can't figure out how to connect it with #nostr . I've used #WoS for nostr zaps since joining, but barely figured that out at the time.

Now that WoS is pulling out of the US, I figure I'll try using a non custodial wallet... but I'm not very knowledgeable about all this and it's way over head.

It started in the break room/ cafeteria

He was talking bout home prices going up

I said well actually that’s the value of the dollar going down not the house going up

Then we talked about fiat for a while

And how some guys can create money for free that everyone else has to work for

It was about 3 hours into the conversation wen I first mentioned the b word

Then I spent about an hour explaining how crypto and bitcoin are not the same

He had no idea

By the end of the shift I had this guy wanting to join the revolution

He just never had anyone break things down the way I did I guess

but the real story isn't filled with bad guys or good guys...it's just people.

regular people trying to make their way in life and doing their best to create the best life they could with navigating the circumstances they were facing at any given time.

and the importance of sharing gratitude with others as a tradition is a worthy takeaway.

My country’s currency has lost about 50% purchasing power against the dollar the past 5 years.

I feel a bit sad when I see people flocking to local equities and bonds. Inflation is high, this year alone the our currency is down 27% against the dollar.

Worst of all, most think #Bitcoin is a scam controlled by some foreigners or something.
