I may have not expressed myself clearly. I meant the opposite: _only_ Christians believe in Jesus. Muslims are therefore not "more Christians than Christians themselves."
Yes, and that's what makes them Christians. Other religions may acknowledge Jesus' existence, but they follow a different set of beliefs that has nothing to do with what He taught.
I have not advocated for attacks on Muslims, I am merely pointing at the double standard here.
