I love the fact that despite their best (as in most contrived) efforts, they still have He/him as the first option, before She/her.
Grammar is grammar, you just can't get rid of it by decree :)
I'm from Finland and we don't have pronouns, so I would choose use name only.
You don't have he or she either? You just use their name?
Nope, you can deduct the gender from name or the from context. That is why we sometimes mess up with he/she when talking in english also :)
