I feel the same way.
Many people think the same about Bitcoin.
In both cases it will be a complete failure and waste of time. We should have teamed up with Bluesky or Ethereum.
Thats the doomer take, both already pretty good and creating value. Just gotta be able to appreciate small wins.

I too wouldn't mind.
On the one hand, it would be lovely to have a small, niche community where everyone knows each other (kind of). But on the other hand…would you deny this luxury to the rest of the people? I believe it should be widely adopted.
