i love cheese, especially swiss style hard cheeses, if you have never had Livanski Sir, a bosnian specialty, inspired by swiss methods, you need to find some

sheep cheeses especially .... so fatty and delicious

yeah, it's so good

i think it's 50/50 cow/sheep milk, and you have to squash the curds hard to make it properly
