The taste is neutral and water-like.

I usually make a concentrated water extract by boiling for about an hour. Then keep it in the fridge and add it to my morning coffee every day.

Then I dry the boiled chunks of chaga and reuse them next time. Then add a few fresh chunks each time I make a new batch.

It's all about finding a system that fits into your context/day. This works for me. But you can do it in many different ways 👍

After doing some more reading I found out that the black Material (sklerotin) is highly potent.

It tastes a little bit like black tea for me.
