We just got an Aldi in my area. I love everything about it but have not bought any meat yet. I’ve been a little hesitant but might need to give it a try. I love the cheap cheese types.

I go in, grab an empty box off a shelf fill it up with steak & a few dozen eggs, & sometimes some whole milk greek yogurt. And then I check out. Easiest grocery shopping ever. Things like cheese or coconut chunks are "once in a while" treats for me.
Exactly, carnivore is simple. You can throw in summer sausage/ cheeses, pork rinds to snack at the beginning. The urge goes away
Eggs for lunch. Steak and ground beef for dinner. I grill all year round
I like ribeye or sirloin. Salt and pepper an hour before cooking and get to room temp. Then add melted butter on each side of steak. Get grill really hot. Sear on one side for 30 sec, rotate 90 deg, sear for 30 sec. Flip and repeat. Then bring temp of grill down to 350 and cook covered until around 135 to 140 internal temp. Can’t go wrong.
