If you had 11 million fiat bucks in Bitcoin, what would you do?
Discussion
Use it to produce value for society, or give some to someone that will
I like that answer. How you define who's worthy of being given money?
Good question!
Everyone has their own way, for example VC's and foundatios both try to convert wealth into value.
I see some the factors are:
Altruistic motivation, competence, and which value is most consequential for the future of humanity
I see. Would you also give some coins to people you know to change their life forever?
Oef that's an even more difficult question.
I've learned myself that just getting into money easily is not necessarily a good thing. I think it's more valuable to learn to put your life together first with little money available.
But if one is very sure they know how to use wealth wisely like use it for kids education or smth I'd say hell yes
How do you see this?
I suppost the question is would it change their lives for the 'better'? But who am I to judge that
Feel stupid and irrational but I would buy a house for me and my family, without mortgage, fully paid.
Then I will quite my fiat job and find a way to contribute more in educating and helping people using Bitcoin.
I like that! Nothing wrong with owning a property especially if you can just buy it. Would you stay in your country or would you prefer to seek a life like that elsewhere? If so, where?
1.) Put together multiple open source software and hardware teams under a non profit to create new technologies to promote freedom, self sufficiency, and self sovereignty.
2.) Purchase several thousand acres of fertile land out in nature.
3.) Work with distinguished professionals in civic engineering, farming, and building design to formulate the plans for constructing a new innovative town designed to be a truly self sustaining community.
4.) Open up opportunitites for people around the country to apply for the ability to become a part of the new town. Requirements would be set based on merrit, professional background checks, life goals, intelligence types, and personality assesments. To ensure that they would be able to positively contribute to the founding of a new town and sustain it based on the long term goals we set out.
5.) Allow only qualified town residental applicants to purchase plots of land. Use the proceeds to fund construction efforts of the town buildings and asset resources required to be self sustaining.
6.) Throw a nice celebration for the towns people once it has been completely finished and the town has become fully operational.
7.) Start my own ranch and organic farm within the new town on a nice piece of land.
8.) Work closely with my fellow community members to create and maintain local initives for continuous self improvement.
9.) After 10 years of successful town operations and ensuring that our efforts where beneficial to both the community members while being in harmony with nature. Create outreach programs to other communities around the world. In order to help either redesign, or found new towns based on our work. Utilizing a comprehensive case study which proves that our innovative methods are based on sound solid verifiable evidence. Which can be used to help improve humanity as a whole.
10.) Work on creating novels and philsophical written works designed to help inspire people. As to improve the quality of humanity and promote the positive self-evolution of our species. To ensure that my life's work which I started continues on for thousands of generations yet to come.
wow. thank you for taking the time to write this. I love it!
exactly what i am doing but with more exotic vacations
Probably nothing, if I lost my job then I'd have a different answer. 110M I'd peel some off and retire my father-in-law that mother fucker works too hard.
Set up a solid trust fund for my disabled kid, for when I finally kick it. That shit worries the heck outta me.
Then I'd quit work and spend my life 100% dedicated to them (instead of the 100% of what I have left after all the daily crap I have to attend to).
that's a great plan. thanks for sharing
