Good morning! Whatβs wrong with caffeine? πΆπΎπ«βοΈ
My third day without coffee. I've banished the Frensh Press to the back of the cupboard. Instead, I prepared everything I needed for a pot of tea in the morning last night. As I want to avoid caffeine, black tea and green tea are also out. So herbal tea it is. Today I replaced my morning coffee with lukewarm water with a little salt and lemon. That was really good (thanks nostr:npub10zqm0ct49y5rzp64rfdjrdw5cwp5ns8mv2pkkgcry6vss8etnkcscg3efp ). I'm thinking about making myself a smoothie tomorrow afterwards. I still had a headache yesterday. Hopefully that will get better today.
Oh yes: good morning to you all π©΅π

I simply overdid it. And drank far too much coffee recently. I no longer felt comfortable with it. That's why I want to give it up for 30 days.
Enjoy your coffee (I can imagine its smell π)
Thanks! I sure will! I just was curious how going from one extreme to the other can be good for you or your body. Feels like you are putting yourself into unnecessary hurdles πΆπΎπ«
You're probably right. I'm just better when I give it up completely. After this month, I want to be more moderate with my coffee consumption. I want to develop a slightly healthier routine. More quality, less quantity
All the best with it. I gave up coffee in 2012 and later black tea. It was tough to realise I'd been using it as a prop to keep going but I pushed thru the tiredness and found other ways to improve my energy.
