Yeah man. Especially try those gentle twists on the ground. Omg helps so much. Also using a heating bad if itโ€™s muscular ๐Ÿ‘

You can start easy, with your get on the ground, and just moving your knees from side to side, then work up, or down with your knees, if you see what I mean.

I have chronic back pain from previous metastasis in my spine, including all 5 lumbar vertebrae, some causing large fractures.

I do these on a daily basis to get moving in the morning, and before I go to bed, and it really helps.
