Yes. A weight you can handle properly is far superior to a weight you can barely manage.
And in the end why are we really doing this, to feel better and be more prepared for the future.

Thatās why I donāt get the appeal for CrossFit, as a way to get in shape I mean. I have friends that practice it. I mean, theyāre well rounded athletes but they also have injuries most of the time. Wrist, back, the list goes on
