That is wonderful. In today's world, when someone takes the time to make a beautiful loaf of bread and then share it with me... I just love that feeling. That is a great Czech tradition.

I wonder if the B will pop more if you do your scoring after 7 min in the oven. I've heard this can help with some of the more detailed scoring.

Shouldn't sourdough bread stay untouched? Suddenly losing temperature etc., especially in the beginning when it's raising up.

Yeah that's what I thought. I haven't tried it myself but have seen others have great success with it.

They call it the 'seven minute score' if you want to look into it
