feeling old lately?

Ouch, I had a back issue this year. Really messed me up.

It can really fuck quality of life up.

Damn. Heal up quick!

Damn ❄️

Ikr. Sucks. Have a decade old disc problem that never fully heals.

inversion perhaps?

I have my poor pleb version of this. You can lie on your stomach on the bed and then extend your upper body to the ground and use your hands as ground support. Amazingly effective.

Yep. Use it all the time.

I've had a similar injury for about a decade as well. Heating pad, inversion table, stretches and core exercises.

Nothing has had an impact as significant and quick as this:

DMSO Cream With Aloe Vera - Lavender Scented, Made With 99.9% Pure DMSO - 70% DMSO/30% Aloe Vera in Cream Base, Made in USA for Live Better Naturals 4 oz https://a.co/d/9uAAFfb

This last time I hurt my disc, nothing was reducing the pain until I tried this DMSO cream with aloe vera

Wow. I will try the aloe Vera. Most of the times is the inflammation of the muscles you have to curb.

As you say a combination Is the best. I am going to focus on core exercises. Been skipping those lately. Damn.

I'm guilty of putting it off too πŸ’©

The main ingredient that makes that cream amazing is the DMSO, which absorbs right through the skin. Instant relief of major pain.

Damn dude, that sux. You got to quit showing out my friend. Hope you get better soon.

Tried to show off too much to the kids. But it was worth it. πŸ˜‚

Damn, feel better soon πŸ€™

Fernie?

Ugh. Feel better.

Sometimes massaging with castor oil (then covering the area with a warm flannel to help the oil penetrate) can reduce the inflammation and promote healing.

I got help with oil and herb massage from my wife. Thanks for the tip.
