Developing the Bitcoin stack is hard enough being permissionless and inclusive. The ECB requirements must be a nightmare for engineers: all of Bitcoin + selective limits by {age, gender,religion,health status,product group,geography,political affiliation,income,credit score} + retroactive kill switch for above selector + ….
