#Carnivore frens, I love #Bratwürste, and they are budget friendly.

I know they are pork with 1% dextrose. How bad is this?

Probably less bad than 99% of the packaged food we're being sold at the supermarket.

By the way, do you even Bratwurst if you don't Currywurst them? 😀

Carnivore is a meme, were omnivores

It’s fine dude.

If you want to be carnivore i feel ketovore is equally as healthy in terms of the advantages.

Unless you’re doing an elimination diet because your body is a wreck just eating and staying in ketosis is magic.

Eat mostly animals - flavour with plants - and enjoy some favourite fruits and honey.

Thanks for the input.

My body is a total wreck, so I'm trying to go full elimination for 30 days, and go from there.

I can't give up coffee though, otherwise I'll be miserable. 😄

Your body will thank you. Good luck sir.

Stay hydrated 🫡

When I did my elimination diet i also followed an 18-6 fasting schedule.

I'm finding the need to drink a lot more. I'm listening to my body. Apart from the carb cravings.

I find fasting easy, so I found it easy to just go straight to one meal a day. Although last night I didn't eat enough, so I had to eat lunch today. I think beef needs to be on the menu this evening. 🥩

Nice! Thats the key dude. You’re going to win.

Mag at night helps with sleep. And a small Pinch of sea salt in yore coffee or just on your tongue helps keep your electrolytes in check if you experience fatigue.

I used to work outside a lot, so I'm familiar with adding salt to drinks. But that's a great reminder, and the magnesium tip too.

Having a glass of water with salt, before that first morning coffee works well too. It's probably more important.

Thanks for the support. 🫂

yeah, i can also confirm salts are really important... i've had severe potassium deficiency and low magnesium and muscle weakness and cramps... adding these two as well as lots of unrefined sea salt i'm getting a lot of my strength back, losing weight, generally my brain is working better

Glad to hear your journey is going well. Keep updating 🤟

I am also adding plenty of salt to the meat before cooking.

Dry brine for the win!

Always dry brine my steak for at least 24 hours 🤟

i gotta start doing that with my hamburger

Worth it!
