ALLISON: I'm a black woman in this country... I have a law degree, a masters and two bachelor's, probably more education that all of y'all added up. And I have always been the LEAST PAID person on payroll everywhere I've worked.

With an attitude like that I wonder why...

YUP

that says more about her believing “state education” will get her ahead

Dam. Maybe get another degree.

😂😂😂

She was clearly overpaid.

when I hire people the more degrees they have the more likely their resumes going into the not interested pile.

Degrees don't mean a thing. Someone should tell the lady.

Maybe if she saved in sats it would put her ahead of the competition. Bitcoin is just an iq test after all is thunk through. What is her solvency status.

Bet you those student loans have her deep in the red.

I wonder why…

i just puked out my butt.

🤮🤮🤮🤮

Victim.

Bitcoin will bring meritocracy and real value back. People will actually have to start behaving as real useful people to each other in order to have value flow from one side to another.

💯

"I have 14 participation trophy degrees and haven't learned a thing. I will actively work against whatever company I am placed into. Also, I have an attitude. Pay me."

😂

Lmao she won't be getting new paying offers anytime soon. She is a walking red flag .

You choose your employer. If they treat you wrong that is a you issue.

Also nothing stopping you from starting your own firm and paying yourself whatever you can earn. But hey, blaming the invisible boogeyman for the sake of racial division probably pays more and is far easier than pounding the pavement to get clients.

Much easier to blame....

For your ‘mic drop’ moment at the end, you should’ve gone with a Mandalorian-esque “I have spoken.” :-)

Ppl have been convinced that their value is a function of who they are - not what they do.

"I/you got paid more/less because I am/you are a ______."

How about focusing on contributions made? If you're gonna argue you were underpaid, base your argument on what you actually did. Put that law degree to work. Argue better.

💯 No one cares how many degrees you have. What value you are bringing is more important.

Results matter more than resumes. Demonstrate proof of work and value for value will inevitably follow!

The more degrees someone has, the more illogical and useless they become

Not necessarily. Some people just suck.

Frontal Lobe disruption off course

How does she know she has been the least paid? Has she asked every single person "on payroll everywhere" she has worked what they got paid? Or is just just making an assumption to feed a victim mindset?
