If you pick a imaginary spot around 10 feet high and focus on it while you squat, your form will improve

I appreciate the feedback. My old powerlifting coach originally taught me to keep my neck in a neutral position by looking down at the floor a couple of feet in front of my feet. This was like 7 years ago, though. Maybe the recommendations have changed since then lol ☺️ plus I’m squatting low bar

For low bar, I think it's okay. For high bar, it's fun to experiment with head position.

Oh yes! My head/neck position definitely looks different when I high bar squat.. IF I high bar squat, that is! πŸ˜ƒ
