So what is outbox/inbox model?
Outbox/Inbox is where clients connect to authors relays directly to fetch content, in Inbox model you write reactions/dms/replies etc to the recipients read relays, this allows the recipient to see your interactions even if you dont have relays in common.
The point of this is to reward people for using clients that support Outbox/Inbox model, i think all clients should have added support for this by now.
Is there a NIP for this?

Not sure about that client. But you probably need to add a lightning address in your #nostr profile.
