I used to think it is annoying that there is so much talk about how far we have come on nostr, but I just realized, this is what a healthy/ healing network of people does in hard times. Encouraging each other on the regular. True friends, parents, mentors, partners do this.

To me lifting weights is doing the same. It's deeply grounding to battle gravity. It's like a massage. It's meditation. It's a deep hug though all my muscles.

You also don't have to push yourself too hard to get the benefits.

The only annoying thing is the way to the gym (when it's raining).
