I need more information here… I eat the onions? Which kind?

Here’s the recipe I use, it helps me with built up mucus & coughs, any onion works and nope don’t eat the onions, just the fermented syrup 🫑

Cold, Flu or Stubborn Cough 🫑

Feel better πŸ«‚πŸ’œ

I am going to try this. Seems like a good thing to put in my medicine cabinet. I love onions, so I'll eat them

the properties you want would have already been extracted out during the fermentation process, but they’re still yummy to eat with something else! You’re gonna love it, there’s literally a home remedy for everythinggggg!

I just suffer through it usually. It's bad though.

Ya me too. But i have a big week coming up and I just need some relief. Especially the headaches, sore throat and itchiness

Maybe try some herbal something? Most of those don't work for me, but they might for you. I heard that raw honey is good sometimes for it.

I don't have allergies too bad, but I make tea out of purple dead nettle sometimes. It has an antihistamine effect. It is a member of the mint family. It can be found all over the place and in lawns.

Never seen this mentioned before. I finally gave in to an antihistamine tablet today.

The classic suggestion is local honey. Never tried it tho.

I have heard this too, but haven't tried it. Supposedly it is better if it is not processed too much so it has plenty of propolis in it. Makes sense propolis is great stuff

I found this note of nostr:npub1f5pre6wl6ad87vr4hr5wppqq30sh58m4p33mthnjreh03qadcajs7gwt3z very helpful! nostr:note1ynj97mqe6weq3laa30x8zypt5565upjzgztfly0e67sx6u5nxduq27kxx0

No that’s why I’m sharing the note of rev :) but I already dried some. I don’t have officially allergy but I started to notice some irritation in the last two years, and I really want to try!

If you've been thugging it out with no meds this whole season you truly are a GOAT.

Vacuum the house more often, so you won’t have hay fever symptoms at home. And work in a cleanroom facility βœ…

Local bee pollen and honey

Yes they have been so bad. Sometimes my essential oil help I make blended roller and bonus: it smells good 😜 I use peppermint, frankincense and lavender

Have you tried seeing a good homeopathic practitioner?
