France imposes unrealized gains, Czech Republic passes no capital gains at all.

The nation state game theory is in play, and much of Europe and the west is on a suicidal path.

It’s always hubris. nostr:note13kzfe2qdr36dg6x6xtuuhz0a6mu9py6c9rd7gfuvkf9yfntsn84qx3rsn7

How is homeschooling in Czech Republic?

It can be done, but it's not automatic.

Formaly you need get children into school and headmaster can allow homeschooling. After that school need to check what children learned (i think 1 times per year)

There are homeschooling friendly schools (for example “ježek bez klece” translated as “Hedgehog without a cage” which are without problem, Ježek bez klece itself operate on Self-Directed Education and they know specifics of homeschoolings. But if you choose some without understanding, you can have problem.

France doesn't impose a capital gains taxes on Bitcoin.

it was a proposition of law for people that have more than 1.3m in Bitcoin either they make gains or not.

But it's not gonna pass the parliament nor got approved by the government.

We did live stream to debunk the news 👇

curious if there is a bitcoin exit tax in france yet, looking at their plans it wouldn’t be surprising

not yet

So its a "passed the house but not congress" sort of situation? I had a bitcoiner from France contact me who was legit scared and trying to figure out what to do. He was under the impression it had passed.

I don’t think it passed yet?

For France

Hope for eastern* Europe

Govt and exchanges are two major entities which are a hurdle in mass adoption.

India imposed 30% capital gain tax and loss can’t be reported.

Additionally 1% transaction tax.

It was introduced approx two years back and resulted into almost no trading volume in the local exchanges, ban on withdrawal by exchanges.

Once a thriving industry completely surrendered in front of govt pressure and by banning coin withdrawal demonstrated that they don’t care about their customers as well.

And the same could be taxed differently again next year🤷‍...
