Oh it’s amazing! It’s been about a month now. I’ve fully added it to my routine!

It works. I do something similar except I drink lemon or lime water throughout the day. Normal size glasses of water. I also rub the squeezed lemons and limes on my skin and hair in the evening. Super amazing !

I get the other ingredients you listed thru a shot size glass or slightly larger 1x daily. But, i also add ginger, black pepper, and fenugreek powder. Black pepper helps the body absorb the turmeric. Ginger helps the metabolism among other things. Fenugreek helps balance sugar. It also makes you smell sweet as maple syrup.

Love it!! Yes to the ginger. It’s so good for nausea. I always have some with me.. I was taking Fenugreek daily when I was trying to get pregnant! 🤣🤣🤣Lol be careful.. it works. ->baby #2 😌

I also use spirulina and Infinity Greens on a daily basis in a protein drink - Kachava.

And I regularly make intense greens drinks using a nutribullet. These typically include: spinach, kale, red swiss chard, organic strawberries, raspberries, and wild blueberries. Sometimes the greens may change a little and I will use bok choy or something else.

All the greens and berries are very purifying and help with inflammation. Take it slow though. They are very purifying and your body needs to adjust.

I love this! I might just add spirulina to my daily drink!! Does it make your drink super salty ??

This smoothie sounds wonderful! I had to lay off them for a while since I was going too crazy on the fruit & spiking my caloric intake & sugar. So u are so right —gotta go super slow!
