I also use spirulina and Infinity Greens on a daily basis in a protein drink - Kachava.
And I regularly make intense greens drinks using a nutribullet. These typically include: spinach, kale, red swiss chard, organic strawberries, raspberries, and wild blueberries. Sometimes the greens may change a little and I will use bok choy or something else.
All the greens and berries are very purifying and help with inflammation. Take it slow though. They are very purifying and your body needs to adjust.
