No better way to build good habits in my opinion. If possible, it's also helpful to have an IRL accountability partner. Family, friend, neighbor or even the retired guy at the end of the block who watches everyone that drives down his street in the mornings.

60 mins of cardio is standard for me Daily. I don’t slack on that shit.
Blood flow is everything.
Low impact on the treadmill - set the Highest incline with or without weights for lower body mobility and strength and the rest is .5 to 1 mile walk.
I’m cutting after a heavy 3 month bulk with creatine.

Arthritic foot here so I can't handle that much cardio but I mix in weights at high heart rate.
Can’t provide pow, but great challenge. Participating on the sidelines along with the vibes of sober October and bone broth fasts.
