There was definitely a lot more time spent in my youth where I would just 'be' or sit and listen to music for hours. Albums, not shuttle.

Everytime I go on a walk I leave my phone at home. Crazy how much thinking and appreciating one can do.

Consuming content since i have memory. Films, books, tv, toys... Content its everywhere. Important thing how you consume it and be conscious about it. Highly recommend the book 'The Ephemeral Era: Gilles Lipovetsky

Conscious consumption and moderation is immensely important.

The amount of content just made for entertainment these days is through the roof, so it takes a lot of effort to actually avoid that, and not get lost in it

Iโ€™ve been really into Anthony de Mello. Ever read or watched any of his old material?

Donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve ever heard of them before, thank you so much for sharing the materials ๐Ÿ’œ

I really enjoy the Gateway Experience from the Monroe Institute. It takes advantage of breathing techniques and dual tones in either ear of headphones to do something called hemi-sync (sync the left and right side of your brain), and other helpful guidance as you progress through the "waves". Get some headphones, find a quiet place without any stimulus, silence your mind and start with wave 1. There is a download link for you below. Enjoy friend <3
