What’s your PR deadlift right now? From “3 plates” (assuming 45lbs), I’m assuming that means 315lbs.

I haven't done deadlifts in quite a year and a half. My pr was 175kg for 3 reps. That's 385 lbs

I want to hit it on a back squat. 315 yes.

These are my stats rn. I'm aiming for 140kg.

But I'm gonna have to deal with this hip shift again. Hopefully by end of this week I'll be back pushing confidently.

I’m not sure what a hip shift is, but squatting 315 (especially for what looks like a skinnier guy) with ANY physical issues is nothing to scoff at.

It’s the jacket then. It covers the shoulders and lets me assume that they are skinnier than they are. Nice sleeper build you got.

I can see why you look like a string bean when not flexing though. Very much a sleeper build in terms of your bone frame. You got those long limbs that let your muscle blend in until you flex.
