I haven't done deadlifts in quite a year and a half. My pr was 175kg for 3 reps. That's 385 lbs
I want to hit it on a back squat. 315 yes.
These are my stats rn. I'm aiming for 140kg.

But I'm gonna have to deal with this hip shift again. Hopefully by end of this week I'll be back pushing confidently.
