When you post very outlandish stuff, you should provide a source to check the context. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proofs.
Open your eyes and look for the source in commentary instead of whining.
Considering Vance posted a lot of these himself because he found them funny it'd be a bit odd for some official to decide that it's not funny and is in fact a serious issue.
