Iโ€™ve been making my own yogurt for a while now and Iโ€™ve been using this probiotic strain thatโ€™s made somewhere in Europe to culture the milk. I pour the boiled milk (after itโ€™s lukewarm) with the culture in mason jars and wrap them in towels and leave it a warmer place to ferment overnight, makes some nice yogurt.

Btw didnโ€™t know that kiwis came in yellow ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Just curious, why not make dahi with an Indian yogurt strain? Since youโ€™ve sent me Indian recipes before I would imagine that would be useful and doable.

Itโ€™s a French brand called yogohurt and itโ€™s a kefir probiotic strain

I love dahi ๐Ÿคฉ

But I donโ€™t know what type of strains there are in dahi so I just wanted to try this probiotics
