Iโve been making my own yogurt for a while now and Iโve been using this probiotic strain thatโs made somewhere in Europe to culture the milk. I pour the boiled milk (after itโs lukewarm) with the culture in mason jars and wrap them in towels and leave it a warmer place to ferment overnight, makes some nice yogurt.
Btw didnโt know that kiwis came in yellow ๐ณ
