Prepping for the withdrawal...

Day two not starting with coffee... Intending to be coffee free...

...instead popping a capsule of l-tyrosin in my mouth and made myself a sweet cup of some kind of black tea... Let's see. Looking for my under eyes to come back to life. Should probably take some before and afters.

Anyone else feeling the need to quit coffee?

I feel like this is the 3rd time this year I am back on this train.

Quit coffee… shit ! I don’t want to be you 😆

thank God I don't want you to be me either. 😆

Hehe

Have cut down significantly, what does the L-Tyrosine do?

It's an essential amino acid and should probably be supplemented due to the reality that glyphosate in the ecosystem disrubs the shikamate pathways.

When I first took l-tyrosin a few years ago I felt immediate results remedying a brain fog I was dealing with and could formulate sentences and focus. I haven't dealt with that for years and don't have l-tyrosin all the time. But it's great for boosting energy and recommended to take in the earlier part of the day. L-tryotophan is something to take in the afternoon and later part of the day. Also an essential amino acid that glyphosate has been a cause for inblances and major disfunction in humans. So supplementing does help with mood, sleep etc.

I take a couple days off per week… and when I do drink, it can’t be cheap beans or drip. I’m putting in high quality CBD and fats in too each time. Had to spend some time figuring this out because otherwise body was starting to reject it.

Oooh the CBD siunds like a nice touch. I did for the longest do bullet proof coffees with MCT oil and butter for sure. Traveling has definitely had me be less careful about my coffee... And I think the mycotoxins are the biggest issue. I'd normally but bulletproof for it's supposed free of or lower mold toxicity.

I’d bet on the mycotoxins. So hard to avoid when traveling- even the shops that seem great from the outside… you don’t always know the quality of their sourcing/storage/etc

I quit weed. But coffee is my friend.

It's good you know yourslef. It works different with everyone.

It's been a while since I communed with cannabis. I had a period mind you when I required a lot of productive creativity and was writing a book for a pre-launch marketing campaign that my partner at the time labeled me in a very neutral matter of fact a "stoner".😆 It's been a good solid decade since. I mostly commune with it medicinally though if I am particularly emotionally challenged and going through a hard time it certainly has been my coping mechanism. Pretty sober right now from anything.

I might go back on occasion one day, but it’s been more of a spiritual decision this year.
