See, I work for firm that does a lot of bankruptcy work. When the Red Lobster (a middle class seafood restaurant) declared bankruptcy, I suggested the best way to turn it around would be to basically sell all the real estate and then convert that money into food trucks where they would only sell lobster rolls on their famous cheesey biscuits. No one listend to me.
