I agree that, technically, alcohol is poison and circadian rhythm is vital.

However, I think that occasionally staying up until 2am drinking red wine with people you love is medicinal.

I get it Ben but I think the more analytically robust comparison is to waking up early with those you love and having deep conversation over coffee (perhaps after a workout). Agree?
