it is hairsplitting. when another coin like monero and litecoin get integrated in nostr, it will have to be integrated into all clients. that was the point.

Seems like posting a static tip address (for monero) in profile is fine since that doesnโt hurt privacy, without LN speed you canโt tip a post with a tap very effectively.
