haha... full ROM is intense πͺ
trained a long time in different private gyms - but unsubscribed now completely.
only using my assaultbike for 20min and i'm completely exhausted (today i burned ~163kcal, distance was 10,5km, with average speed of 31km/h it's ~190W) ---> this assaultbike-thing is a fucking beast π₯²
maybe i get a cable-cross-tower for my flat. This would be really awesome.

currently not. but i'm kinda pumped (arms, chest, lat, legs - whole body) after my workout. You are able to change the focus of upper/lower body if you use the bike π§‘ π

I did an Assaultbike session as HIIT last week and probably will sneak it in once a week.
