Question for people who have those bright white led lightbulbs in their home, what the fuck is wrong with you?

We do Philips Hue vibe lighting, they go on automatically after sunset and ramp up as it gets dark…
This is a constant strugle that i a deal with....
for some reason a good portion of the people who live around me are either ok, or PREFER white light....
and im the one who keeps asking people to turn off the lights or switch to warmer colors...
The elites don’t want you to know this but salt lamps are low-key goated when relaxing is the move
I'll tell you instead what's right with me:
1800K light lamps + near 100% blue light reduction on screens in the evening.
Inside the home, I agree 3-3500k
But outside lighting 5k
Yeah, I can’t get enough of them. The walls of the warm white folks look like nicotine stained 70’s office spaces.
They want to feel like they work the nightshift at walgreens
You can still find incandescents online.
We bought like a 20 year supply back when the previous admin tried to ban them.

I walk by some of my neighbors houses and it’s like a football stadium inside. Bright as white and CNN or FOX is blaring as well.

Yeah I hate those lights, so stark and not comforting at all. A big thing around here is having super bright lights on all night outside the house. Really fucking annoying, especially if you live across the street. Some people just don't care.

Here in Denmark. We have a lot of middle eastern families. Many of these homes have fluorescent tube lights. like they have in some public buildings and hospitals. I've heard this is because it's very warm where they came from. And this white bright light signals "it's cold in here". So it's the equivalent of us having warm lights in winter time. "It's cozy and warm in here"
never seen a warm light fridge either - this is solid signal
Staring at bright led lights is meant to lower your IQ because seeing bright blue light at night does damage to the part of your brain that interprits stimuli so it's kinda like a slippery slope.
Led lights, eating McDonald's, watching tv etc. people get stupider and stupider until they can't imagine doing things any other way

This is a lightbulb, emits red light. Only one special online store had it, for companies to purchase. Blue LED lights are otherwise the only one legal to sell for ordinary stores in Sweden…

I have some white LEDs, but I bought white specifically. I go to the basement during the day and the natural light is not the best, so I got daylight lightbulbs. I don't get blue light at night.
I used to use blue light blocking glasses during the evening pretty consistently. I haven't used them in a while now, though. They were useful. I should start using them again.
these are kitchen and bathroom lights for increased visibility, stop being a flannel.

I'm pretty sure when those started being used, people complained that the light was cold compared to candles though.
