From the looks of it, your video dimensions and bit rate is pretty high for web viewing. It looks like most of them are 1920x1080 at 800 kbit/s = 96MB in size
I download one and compressed it to half the size 960x540 and lowered the bitrate to 300 kbit/s = 35 MB in size

I used the app Permute on MacOS to downscale the video file. I can make a video to show you how if it would help 🫡
I agree with Logan, it will still look good on mobile at a higher compression rate, but even more accessible to people with lower bandwidths.
