progress started to slow so I cut my calories from 1800 to 1600. let's see how this goes. absolutely no room for alchohol now...

I thought i could just ballpark it since i got used to my schedule. I was wrong.

Got it. I weigh all my food at home (which is about 95% of my meals), even on days when I bump up calories after a brutal leg day. I like having everything tracked.
