sakhalin.nostr.1.com and nostr.wine were my best investments, which inspired me to start a relay physically located in Russia (this is the fifth Russian relay, the previous four are not very alive). My relay will be free (because I am not allowed to accept bitcoins for the service under Russian law, not because I don't like sats 😔) and premoderated (this is also due to local realities).

I'll probably use it for a month to test and experiment, and then I'll invite users there.
