First batch of maple syrup of the season is boiled and bottled! π
Looks like it could turn out to be a great season. 45 gallons of sap collected over three days, boiled down to 144 oz of Grade A Amber. π
Early season syrup is my absolute fav. Look at that color! π» Has a much lighter, almost floral taste to it, unlike anything you can get in the supermarket.
