Pullups should have their own day.
Like leg day.
Pullups should have their own day.
Like leg day.
yes, i need to to a pull up power hour, havent done one in awhile
It's called back day
If your back day isn't a full pullup day...ngmi
Idk if I'm doing something wrong, but my biceps are always fucked the day after pull ups..
But I know I'm doing it properly
Do you dead hang & squeeze at the top with a slow drop down?
Basically asking if you're doing 100% ROM or almost 100%.
Also are you doing perpendicular grip or only regular grip?
Regular wide grip and I like to believe I'm doing 100% range of motion and slow drop down
Deadhang at the bottom & stop going wide.
Find a neutral / regular overhand grip.
Also do the perpendicular.
Deadhang, squeeze at the top, slow down.
Also do sets of hangs in both of those grip styles.
You'll overcome that bicep deficiency.
i messed around with numbers to find what number of pull-ups i could do every minute on the minute for 60 minutes.
and it turns out breaking it into 120 sets every 30 seconds was more effecient work/rest cycle
Exactly, I do pullups over the course of 1-2 hours at home.
Make pull ups great again
#31days
