egg-like, the second batch came out slightly darker than the first batch pictured, so they were slightly firmer. They also have a pretty neutral flavor.

"I like that it doesn't get soggy like a regular bun" said my son. And he's pretty dang picky and doesn't usually try new things. When he found out what they were made of, he was in, he thought there'd be "vegetables or something weird" in them. 😂

I might have to give them a try, definitely sounds interesting.

I suppose they’re not a million miles from the egg and cheese muffins I make for breakfasts, although those do have a smidge of flour and lots of veggies added in.

No veggies here, lol, just finished out no-sugar November which included zero fruit. Bakers chocolate (100% cacao) and fresh ground peanut butter had to be my "treat".
