Lol it’s just tanning. I’ve rebranded it so it sounds better 😂 BUT you still get good vitamin D production and color in your skin from tanning.
I’ve learned living in the PNW it’s not healthy to not have UV on your skin for 6+ months each year so I go tanning once or twice a week. Definitely helps keeps the body and mind right.
I like the new name lol I haven’t tanned in a stand up or lay down bed in years but I do love having tanned skin. It might be time for me to start up again but instead of lathering on toxic tanning lotion I wonder if I could use coconut oil instead. I can understand that research. I always feel best and happy when the sun is shining. These grey days are soul sucking.
Yeah I just go in the standup bed. Nothing on my skin. I get tan and feel great. The girls try to upsell me on creams but I always go on a tirade about how they’re poisonous and unnecessary 😂
👏 I’m glad you get it! I mention seed oils and toxins and get looked at like I have two heads. Next time I try “sun replacement therapy” 😏 I’m going to do it bare lol no creams, lotions or potions lol

Booth tanning was doctor recommended once for someone battling SAD. Was super effective!
