I have now gone 8 weeks eating only Meat, Dairy, Eggs, and Salt.

Crazy considering I used to eat fruit/veg/rice/pasta/pizza/bread/chocolate etc most days of the week. I now have zero cravings for these foods. If anything I look at them at disgust now lol.

One thing I have noticed is I am starting to dislike and get bored of the taste of chicken, pork and bacon which I always loved the taste of.

So think it will just stick to beef, dairy and eggs mainly from now on.

How hard has that been to do? I imagine getting bored is a real issue.

Well when you eat steak, beef, fish, cheese and eggs you feel very full and satiety after each meal. It’s also very nutrious and tasty. I drink water and 1-2 coffees a day as well.

I usually only eat one meal a day. If I feel hungry I will snack on some cheddar cheese.

I feel and look lean, fit and strong.

This carnivore diet is suprisingly very easy and sustainable to maintain at least atm for me.

Prior to going keto I was a carb addict, now I have no cravings for them and I never feel ravenous anymore. I also fast from around 7pm until midday or so, that has made a big impact also.

Fasting increases your growth hormone as well.

I aim for anytime between 1 pm and 8pm.

Great way to manage cravings at least.

Definitely, I just rarely feel 'hungry' anymore and I eat much smaller amounts.

Yeh your body adjusts.

I don’t crave in food in the morning anymore.

It took me almost 6 months to avoid other things, mainly sugar lol

What's wrong with Bacon???

I just ate some bacon the other day and was just like this doesn’t feel right bad.

I feel way more better eating steak, eggs, beef or fish tbh.

Maybe I just need a break from it and will start enjoying bacon again.

eat turkey bacon instead if you rly want bacon

I did Vegan for a couple of years and noticed a similar thing with cravings disappear ing. Less cravings more freedom !
