For intermittent fasting, never underestimate the efficacy of filling your belly with water. When you feel hungry, drink your fill of water.

Broth (e.g. boullion) doesn't have many calories, and satisfies that savory craving I always get.

Broth helps for me as well, when I need a bit of salt or am feeling the need for food.

Exercise! I’ll double up on a few things today for increased calorie burn.

Hey, how did the fast go? What'd you end up doing?

Better than I anticipated!

I ended up doing clear fluids for 21 hours. I made up some bone broth so will do that for a day or two this week for maintenance.
