Coconut milk can be helpful, some claim it also boosts ketone production.
A little baking powder to lower the acidity worst case, I guess half a teaspoon might be a good start.
If necessary, of course. Also DMSO has stopped hunger pangs/pains in their tracks for me, its just super powerful against any type of inflammation :-)
I’ll look up DMSO, that’s a new one to me. Thanks!
I just started taking this a week ago, I have found it to be energizing.
I've battled shit since I got poisoned in the army in 88, more actively with functional medicine from around 2008.
DMSO is by far the most radical, all encompassing remedy I've experienced when it comes to managing inflammation!
Its been quite a surprise :-)
I have already noticed it has helped with some histamine responses
Would coconut water do the same, with the lack fat content?
Not sure, but it should still be a great thing with lots of potassium in it.
The drowsiness that many experience might come from a lack of that, we need as much as 4 grams a day really...
I find magnesium also helps with any headaches or that fatigue feeling.
Definitely!
Also magnesium is necessary for us to utilize vitamin C properly. Long term, high dosage of vitamin C might also deplete copper.
Which reminds me that I should keep taking the broad spectrum trace mineral pills that I have here :-)
So beneficial, trace minerals!
Best of all Spirulina
I should look into this again. I took ‘greens’ for years, years ago.
I used to be a supplement junky recently I realized nobody agrees on anything and everything seems to have counter indications so I’m not taking anything anymore. 🤷🏻♂️
Food suggestions only? Because burning calories through exercise increases the deficit.
For intermittent fasting, never underestimate the efficacy of filling your belly with water. When you feel hungry, drink your fill of water.
Broth (e.g. boullion) doesn't have many calories, and satisfies that savory craving I always get.
Any are welcome!
Broth helps for me as well, when I need a bit of salt or am feeling the need for food.
Exercise! I’ll double up on a few things today for increased calorie burn.
ty!
Ginger 🫚
Forgot about that one!
Reduces cravings too. You reminded me I’ve been trying to plan a day to fast .
Must have worked - I did 21 hours today, unintentionally. The plan was calorie deficit but after 12 hours I thought to keep going.
