It's good. Been using it for six months or so.
How much does a search cost on average?
I paid for standard ($5/mo) and never went over the 300.
I was looking at this today, thinking about trying it. I like how you can mute certain sites. Google has definitely gone downhill for coding searches nostr:npub16zsllwrkrwt5emz2805vhjewj6nsjrw0ge0latyrn2jv5gxf5k0q5l92l7
I endorse this as well, super good search, much better than ddg or brave.
Nah
Why not?
Kyced search 🤔
Wish they would take bitcoin
thanks— will check it out.
Been using it a few weeks, crazy good, though now that searching returns useful results, I'm using it way more. Blew through those 300 searches in two weeks!
It's amazing. How do they do it? They must be cheating.
Was reading some of the documentation, one of the methods they use to weigh results is the number of trackers on the site: more trackers=further down the list of results. Which is a genius metric, if a site is spending all that effort on tracking, content probably suffers.
I'm guessing the rest is just magic
You dont prefer searx.be ?
I’ve been using it for the past few weeks. Works quite well and I like their design.
I am using qwant but i will give a try to this one
I like the business model and how it is justified.
But, paying through Stripe is a big no-no for me. I'll wait for them to accept Bitcoin.
Can you at least send an email asking them to accept Bitcoin? Then maybe they will hear us.
Of course, I will.
I always do 😅
POW 🚀

Got my response from Vlad at Kagi, and the best way to chime in about bitcoin as payment is here: https://kagifeedback.org/d/493-enable-anonymous-payments-ala-bitcoinmonero/62
