there's nothing like fresh jerky. where did you learn to do this?

My sister sent me a dehydrator for my bday so I just looked at a couple of recipes and put it to use.

can you do it in just 2 days? or is it longer, this is just what you have so far.

Dehydration takes between 8-10 hours at 150 degrees F.
