Any caves for nostr:npub1ej493cmun8y9h3082spg5uvt63jgtewneve526g7e2urca2afrxqm3ndrm in El Salvador?

Pretty much all caves are formed in limestone, and IIUC El Salvador doesn't have much limestone.

Some caves are formed by volcanic magma flows. But again, AFAIK El Salvador doesn't have the right kind of volcanic activity to form those either.
