Wow.

that's crazy

This only proves how incompetent and corrupt politicians rule us.

There are interesting things about Bitcoin in Bulgaria. Read about Ruzha Ignatova.

Ruzha Ignatova, known as the "Cryptoqueen," is a Bulgarian born in 1980 in Ruse. She is the founder of OneCoin, a fraudulent cryptocurrency launched in 2014, operated as a Ponzi scheme. OneCoin lacked real blockchain technology and attracted over $4 billion from investors with false promises of high returns. Ignatova disappeared in October 2017 after a flight from Sofia to Athens amid intensifying investigations. She is linked to the Bulgarian underworld, including Hristoforos Nikos Amanatidis (Taki). According to unverified sources, she may have received around 230,000 bitcoins in 2015 as part of a OneCoin deal, but there is no evidence she directly "stole" them. She is wanted by the FBI and listed among their most-wanted, presumed to be either in hiding or deceased.
