What if we cut red meat with insect protein, which is easy to digest, and would make meat more accessible to those who can't afford it in this economic climate?

good steaks do not need any oil. they lubricate themselves...
most olive oil has almost nothing to do with olives.
you find many videos about it
try organic avocado oil which has the highest burning point of any oil and is also the most healthy
I prefer cooking with tallow from grass fed cows. But coconut or avocado oil are fine too.
How about grass fed butter and ghee?
Idk, I suspect I'd do fine with that now, but when my stomach troubles were at their worst, butter & even ghee didn't seem to sit well with me. I had to cut out all dairy for a while. And now I just kinda assume the things that I've never had any sensitivity to are probably the best. So I prefer tallow or lard, & of those I think tallow is better. But I think as long as they are high quality products they should be perfectly fine (for most people anyway). I think I might have had some sort of histamine issues.
Fair enough. Thanks for the explanation. I need more tallow in my life.
Yeah, it’s hard to find cooking oils more Lindy than animal fats and olive oil.
Oh yes, I know many of the horror stories including diesel traces in the olive oil! But I'm fortunate enough to get access to some really high quality extra virgin oil and was wondering about that. Thanks for the avocado oil info.
This is all I need for anything cooking.

I know lots of people are using it for cooking, it just does not agree with my tastebuds ... 😞
